Here are some detail photos of the cube. There is still a little bit of work left to do on it, mainly just the "common" wires, I'm wiring the planes together with 8 wires to join the planes, 4 on the front and alternating 4 on the back. i thought this would be much easier then dropping 8 common wires PER plane, like they do in the 4x4x4 RGB hypnocube. So i'm just going to drop 8 commons down one side, it should be hardly noticeable.
What i'm fairly impressed with myself about is how straight the planes lined up, I especially took these photos on angles you could see rows of LEDs across planes lining up.
